Consumer Master Trainer (Microsoft)

Location:

• Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa Street, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training delivery, workshops, product demonstrations, or partner enablement.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Consumer Products, Windows ecosystem, Microsoft 365, Copilot+, AI-powered solutions, and consumer technology trends.
• Experience working with distributors, retailers, OEM partners, or sales teams is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in content creation, including training materials, videos, social media content, and digital learning assets.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and support training sessions, workshops, product launches, and partner events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Microsoft Brand Ambassador for training, education, and product evangelism activities.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations both online and offline.
• Develop training materials, demo scripts, product guides, and localized content.
• Create and manage video content and social media campaigns to promote Microsoft products and programs.
• Train and enable distributors, retailers, promoters, and sales teams on Microsoft consumer products.
• Represent Microsoft at product launches, partner events, and industry activities.
• Monitor training effectiveness, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on Microsoft technologies, AI trends, Windows ecosystem developments, and competitor activities.
